to the code.

I started in customer support at Ubiquo Labs — resolving 1,300+ incidents for banking and government clients with 98%+ satisfaction. That front-line experience gave me something most engineers don't have: an obsession with how things feel to the user.

Today I'm a Semi-Senior Engineer at Walmart CAM via Babel Group — modernizing the WNCP ecosystem and leading MotosGT, an internal platform for motorcycle inventory management and customer relations at Walmart Guatemala. I work across NestJS, Next.js, and SQL stored procedures while enforcing enterprise security standards with SonarQube, Snyk, and Apiiro — spanning four active projects simultaneously. Before Walmart, I spent two years at Ubiquo Labs architecting microservices that processed millions of daily SMS transactions across Central America. I also hold a Master's in Information Security from Mariano Gálvez University.
